Absence and Time and Labor
– Minimum 3 years experience in Fusion HCM Modules
– At least three full cycle implementation for the mentioned modules
– Timesheet with shifts and rotation plan
– Work schedule and holidays
– – Configure accrual plan.
– Configure Absence (Paid, Unpaid) with validation , approval and integration with below modules:
• Payroll for deduct unpaid and sick leave with different benefits (Basic, Housing and Transportation) deduction separate.
• Time and Labor
– Write fast formula for the Integration with payroll to deduct absence and lateness from employee salary automatically
– Configure integration with time attendance machine.
– Time and Labor BI reports and Dashboards
– Write the needed validation and calculation timecard validation rule and related formula
– Very good experience in Core HR configuration
– Very good experience in approval configuration
– Good experience in HDL functionality
– Configure the needed Roles and Security profile.
Deliver the following documentation
– Solution Foundation Design Document (With the needed modification in business processes)
– Integration design document from function side with process flow and the required field mapping
– Configuration Workbook
– User Manual
– Validation Script
