Job Purpose
Client -is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst to be based in Dubai at DXB to:-
Be part of a team to support the existing business technology solutions.
Be self-sufficient to develop new business technology solutions to address business requirements
Be capable to advise/train the business users on business technology solutions
This position is for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Compensation Management.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer applications or related streams
Relevant Experience (In Years)
Minimum 5 years IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, end user testing
At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Fusion HCM modules like:
Payroll.
Compensation Management
Fast formula
HDL and PBL
HCM Extracts
BI and OTBI Reports
Industry
Software Industry
Aviation & Airline Industry
Core Activities Experience
At least 5 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
3 to 5 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula.
At least 5 years of experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
Tools and Systems Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree holder in computer science or related field.
Minimum 5 years IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organizations and in enterprise-grade software.
Proven ability to translate and map business requirements to software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills.
Experience in Aviation industry will be an added advantage.
Job Accountabilities
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Compensation Management. Including support in Reports, Fast formula and HCM extracts
Interact with the Business Users to understand the requirement and configure the application as per the Business Technology standards and design.
Perform system testing with multiple use cases. Able to deliver training to the super users and end users.
Document best practice standards, policies and governance as per DA process.
Support the Fusion HCM application environment.
Need to multitask and work with aggressive delivery schedules.
Technical Competencies
Atleast 3 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.
3 to 5 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts and HCM Fast Formula.
Atleast 3 years of experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
Communication Skills:
Excellent Communication & Soft Skills
Business writing and documentation skills
Lead discussions, requirement sessions, should be able to comprehend, summarize and finalize the requirements
Manage business users expectations
