Payroll and Workforce Compensation – Minimum 7 years experience in Fusion HCM Modules – At least three full cycle implementation for the mentioned modules – Implement earning, deduction, information and loan elements with related fast formula ,eligibility and costing – Write complex fast formula – Configure gratuity EOS an GOSI calculation – Configure provision elements with related fast formula – Configure individual compensation plan with validation formula and approval – Configure the required workforce compensation sheet with thier fast formula for (Bonus, Merit – Increase, Promotion and Incentive Compensation Plan) – Configure Payroll and Finance integration (GL, Cash Management) – Payroll and WFC BI reports and Dashboards – Very good experience in Core HR configuration – Very good experience in approval configuration – Good experience in HDL functionality (Element Entries,Calculation Card and Costing Information) – Configure the needed role and security profile Deliver the following documentation – Solution Foundation Design Document (With the needed modification in business processes) – Integration design document from function side with process flow and the required field mapping – Configuration Workbook – User Manual – Validation Script |
