Job purpose
Payment Implementation who will provide leading in the technical
readiness, solution implementation and deployment including maintaining the multiple
environments of payment platform. The position will be responsible for managing
Payment solution across multiple banks and Govt. The candidate is expected to
manage all aspects of payment gateway technical demand. The desired candidate
needs to be aggressive, assertive leader and a good team player and pro-active
action taker. He will also manage and maintain cloud environment
Duties and responsibilities
- Experience in Application
Implementation, JAVA/J2EE Technologies - Identified the technical
readiness of project implementation - Engaged with infra security
team, Operation security, Technology risk assessment team to fulfill technical
requirement - Recommending technical
solutions and determining software development requirements. - Very strong background and
extensive experience of managing and understanding of Merchant Acquiring
and Payment Services projects - Verifying technical
reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system
requirements. - Experience in implementing
projects involving Cards switching systems, API integration, Acquiring
Loyalty Points and Value-Added Services. - Lead multiple Solution implementation
projects across all phases of project lifecycle - Communicate effectively
between Business Owners, Project Managers, Vendors and Operations Teams to
support delivery, risk mitigation, change management, and issue resolution - Applying Payment platform
expertise in evaluating business operations and processes. - Identifying areas where
technical solutions would improve business performance. - Providing subject expertise
and guidance to IT developers during the software development life cycle. - Overseeing the development,
testing, and implementation of technical solutions. - Determining whether
technical solutions meet defined requirements. - Ensuring accurate representation
of expertise prior to the distribution of technical solutions to
end-users. - Documenting
processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
Experience
- Work
experience of 5+years in a Payment solution implementation - Payments
/ Banking Industry knowledge - Strong
knowledge in Acquiring System (Payment Gateway). - Having
good work experience in Apache TOMCAT, IBM WebSphere Liberty Profile &
WebLogic server. - Working
in Frameworks like Spring MVC, Spring Boot. - Good
understanding of infrastructure component, firewall, server etc. - Having basic
knowledge of cloud infrastructure - Time
management and planning skills - Team
Management capabilities
Qualifications
- Technical
Degree (or higher) or related Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) - Information
Technology Certifications. - Knowledge
in OS (Windows, Linux etc…), DB platforms, JAVA, JBoss, Weblogic ,
firewall , certificate, servers , cloud etc… - Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS office applications (Outlook, Word,
Power-point & Excel
