About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join Digital Experience team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent digital experiences across our platforms. Working within an established design system, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring world-class design to life across our digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer-ready specs.

• Design within and contribute to our evolving design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.

• Translate complex business and user requirements into elegant, user-centric interactions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure thoughtful, user-focused execution.

• Champion responsive, mobile-first design, adapting UI for web, iOS, and Android.

• Use tools like Figma and prototyping platforms to communicate interaction flows and microinteractions.

• Support or conduct usability testing, turning insights into actionable design improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design, with a strong focus on digital platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing modern, accessible, and responsive designs across web and mobile.

• Fluency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design system usage.

• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.

• Bonus: Experience in the airline, travel, or e-commerce industry.

• Bonus: Exposure to UX research or usability testing methods.
