
Job Title: Project Manager (PM)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Engagement: Contractual
Duration: 06 Months (Extendable | Long-term role on Marc Ellis payroll)
Key Responsibilities:
• Define Project Scope, Planning, and Change Control:
Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to establish clear project goals, scope, and
deliverables aligned with organizational strategy and technical feasibility. Develop detailed project
plans outlining phases, milestones, baselines, and resource allocation, and manage changes to scope
and priorities in a controlled manner to minimize disruption to timelines and deliverables.
• Timely, Quality-Focused Delivery:
Ensure projects are delivered within the approved scope, timeline, and budget while adhering to
organizational quality standards, compliance requirements, and performance expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication, Governance, and Reporting:
Design and implement a structured communication and governance framework, including project
boards, stand-ups, and steering committees. Provide timely, consistent status updates, dashboards,
KPIs, and formal reports to stakeholders and executive leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Leadership and Resource Management:
Provide clear direction and oversight to cross-functional project teams. Oversee resource planning,
onboarding, and contract renewals to ensure adequate capacity, accountability, and alignment with
project objectives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Risk, Issue, and Compliance Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Implement escalation procedures,
contingency plans, and ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk
management frameworks, including those from legal, audit, and central banking authorities.
• Budget and Cost Control:
Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization, cost efficiency, and
adherence to approved financial parameters.
• Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement:
Capture lessons learned, best practices, and key project documentation to support continuous
improvement, governance maturity, and future project efficiencies.

Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the Banking/Financial sector
• Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in the finance/banking industry – Preferred
• Proven track record of managing both technology and business projects
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• End-to-end IT project management experience
• Expertise in planning, budgeting, and cost analysis
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or related field
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP
