Lead – Compliance Portfolio –

Should have 6+ Years of experience in IT/Technology project
management, with a minimum of 3 Years of experience in project management for
Banking Industry (BFSI).

·       
Candidates who also have background on compliance solutions
such as Fircosoft Continuity, Fircosoft Trust, AML solutions, will be preferred.

·       
Hands-on experience as a Project Lead – Diligent in Project
tracking and reporting. Should be able to identify issues, challenges upfront
and ensure mitigation by timely escalation

·       
Able to interact with cross functional teams on a day to day
basis – Design, Build, Test, Operations, Infra and UAT teams to execute project
related tasks

·       
Able to handle the project tasks in an organized manner.
Experienced in Project Management basics: Weekly Reports, RAID logs,
Daily/Weekly Calls, Issue Tracking, etc.

·       
Strong in written and verbal communication and diligent to
ensure activity closure within the stipulated timeframe

·       
Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP)

·       
Should be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and
ready for multitasking.
