Skills

• Ability to manage multi-domain technical teams (Apps, DB, Infra, Network).

• Excellent risk, dependency, and issue management capability.

• High competency in vendor and stakeholder management.

• Strong communication skills for executive reporting and status dashboards.

• Ability to interpret technical details and convert them into actionable plans.

• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to unblock technical teams.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of DR concepts (Active–Active, RTO/RPO, replication,
failover/fallback).

• Experience/Knowledge with cutover planning, DR drills, and readiness governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track progress across all teams and drive completion of tasks.
• Ensure alignment between application stakeholders and infrastructure

• Act as the single coordination point between Applications, Infra, Network, DBA, Vendors,

and Business.

• Ensure all configurations follow architectural guidelines and compliance requirements.
