2. JOB PURPOSE

To manage and track assigned ICT projects in
line with relevant processes and procedures and manage relationships with all
project stakeholders in order to ensure that the project(s) are delivered on
time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed
specifications).

Responsibilities

Manage
projects

·        
Manage assigned ICT projects through all
stages in order to ensure that they are executed and products/services are
delivered within time, budget and required standards.

·        
Determine and define project scope and
objectives

·        
Prepare budget based on scope of work and
resource requirements

·        
Coordinate different project activities in
order to ensure timely and accurate execution.

·        
Monitor and control project expenditures to
maintain financial performance within approved budgetary limits.

·        
Monitor and control project progress in order
to escalate any issues and take corrective actions.

·        
Monitor the work of resources on projects as
needed in order to ensure that timely and adequate delivery of required work.

Monitor projects

·        
Track the status of ICT projects based on
updates from project stakeholders.

·        
Use relevant dashboards to standardize the
way information is compiled and reported to stakeholders.

·        
Prepare informative weekly and monthly
project progress reports/dashboards as required and to the desired standard.

·        
Prepare project performance status, cost
control, staffing and programme reports/dashboards.

·        
Timely inform ICT management and stakeholders
of any project delays and identify critical issues that need to be resolved to
keep project completion on track.

·        
Monitor progress and make adjustments as
needed

Manage project
stakeholder relations

·        
Manage relations with all project
stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure that projects are completed
timely and effectively.

·        
Prepare for ICT steering committee reviews in
order to provide the required project updates.

·        
Ensure continuous meetings are hold with
project stakeholders and provide smooth communication channels

Ensure and contribute
to effective risk and issue management

·        
Implement leading practice risk management
related to the project and plan for the mitigation of the risks.

·        
Collate the risk register data across
projects in   ICT to identify new risk items and report to
the Head, ICT.

Ensure project management standards are followed

·        
Ensure that project management standards are
followed at all times, by performing regular assessments of projects.

·        
Provide feedback for the continuous
improvement of project management standards.

Manage
change

·        
Maintain the integrity of project baselines
through implementation of integrated change control.

·        
Manage changes to the project scope,
schedule, cost and quality after proper impact assessment and approvals from project
sponsor.

Comply with information security policies,
procedures and requirements at all times

·        
Adhere to any applicable   information security policies and procedures
and identify and report security incidents and suspected weaknesses to the
appropriate point(s) of contact.

·        
Protect assets under care (e.g. laptops and
other devices) and information/credentials against unauthorized access,
sharing, and/or damage/loss, in accordance with the Information
Classification and Handling Procedure.

·        
Clear desks of all sensitive material and log
off/ lock workstations at the end of the day and when leaving desk for a
prolonged period in accordance with Acceptable Usage Policies.

·        
Ensure not installing, copying or modifying
of any software on   equipment without authorization.

Support Quality
Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives of   and
compliance with the laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi and UAE.

·        
This includes participating (when requested)
in QHSE audits, office inductions, incident reporting and review of QHSE
performances as applicable.

oversees the work of project teams/resources as required.

7. QUALIFICATIONS,
EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Preferred Qualifications:

·        
Bachelor’s
degree in computer sciences, ICT or related field

·        
Project management certification Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset

Preferred Experience:

·        
Overall 5+ years in the field of IT

·        
2-3 years of experience in managing ICT
projects deployed on cloud- Azure

·        
Directly involved in at least 2-3 projects
for ICT cloud

·        
Full lifecycle of website / mobile
applications through to going live.

·        
Excellent vendor management skills

·        
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft
Business Intelligence,
