Job Title: Project Manager – Enterprise Applications

Job Location: Dubai – UAE

Job Duration: 12 months extendable

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful

implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications within our organization. As a

Project Manager for Enterprise Applications, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the

development, deployment, and support of enterprise software applications.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and

timelines.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements for enterprise

applications.

• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure effective integration and

coordination of project activities.

• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

• Facilitate communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks

proactively.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

• Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation of

enterprise applications.

• Develop change management plans and strategies to promote user adoption and minimize

resistance to change.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, and status reports.

• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management.

Technical skills and other qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

• PMP certification (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in enterprise application projects.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software applications and related technologies.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements, and manage project scope.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements and cybersecurity best practices.
