About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead endtoend delivery of ERP applications (such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), including implementation, enhancement, and enterprisewide rollout, IT projects, ensuring proper governance, financial discipline, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery ownership, P&L accountability, and the ability to manage multicultural teams within demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and closure.
Drive independent delivery for assigned portfolios while adhering to organizational governance models.
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards, timelines, and contractual commitments.
Financial Management & P&L Oversight
Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability monitoring.
Track project commercials, invoicing cycles, and variance analysis.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary clientfacing liaison for project updates, reviews, escalations, and relationship-building.
Facilitate steering committees, executive updates, and stakeholder workshops.
. Team Leadership & Multicultural Collaboration
Lead crossfunctional and multicultural delivery teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
Provide mentoring, coaching, and support for continuous skills development.
Methodologies, Tools & Compliance
Apply Agile/Scrum frameworks; facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog prioritization.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports using MS Office, MS Project, and modern collaboration platforms.
Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory guidelines, security standards, and internal delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of IT project management experience with a proven track record in independent project delivery.
Demonstrated P&L ownership, strong financial governance, and datadriven decision-making.
Exceptional communication skills in English & Arabic.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflictresolution skills.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum, SDLC methodologies, and enterprise IT delivery models.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
Prior experience working in KSA, preferably with government or enterprise customers.
