Must
Have:

          Project
Management Delivery experience – minimum 5 years as Project Manager

          10+
years technology experience

          PMP or
Prince 2 Practitioner certified

         Scrum certified

          Collection
and Risk experience

         Data
migration Experience

       Technical
Upgrade Experience

         Strong
Technical knowledge (separate interview on Technical knowledge will be part
of process – must have ability to understand technical conversations and be
problem solver)

         Strong
communication skills

          Ability
to manage more than 1 project at any given time

        Generic
Accountability

        10+ Years of overall IT experience and minimum of 5 years in Banking IT
experience is mandatory.

        Candidate should be Techno Functional and ability to engage with cross
functional teams, problem solving and good negotiation skills

       Experience
in project delivery using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid frameworks

          Must
have experience in Scope, Time and Budget management

          Hands
on experience as Project Manager – handling various phases of the project –
Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closure. Able
to handle at least 3 projects at a time.

         Hands
on experience in using Microsoft Project (MPP).

          Must
have strong verbal and written communication with proven ability to manage
stakeholders at various levels.

          Known
for delivery high quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and
budgetary targets.

          Creates
and executes project work plan along with the team and closely monitoring the
deliverables.

         Responsibility
for appropriately revising the plan to meet changing needs or requirements.

         Manages
day to day operation aspects of a project. Resolve any challenges of projects
to enable the teams to deliver on time.

         Reviews
deliverables prepared by the team.

         Effectively
collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures customer
satisfaction.

          Ensures
project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.

          Provides
report on status of the project under execution, challenges, risk and
mitigation plan.

          PMP, or
equivalent

          Able to
lead multiple project teams/squads /Drives Programs to completion using
cross-functional project management best practices

          Increases
visibility of metrics and KPIs across interdependent teams

          Domain
experience (Banking/ Finance)

          Demonstrated
ability to execute complex programs of work according to the normal
principles of time, budget and scope

         Manages
cross-functional communication to ensure all business and technical
stakeholder’s needs are aligned

          Creatively
unblocks and advances projects

          Develops
robust program and project plans; manages the delivery of quality
deliverables and report on expenditure, activities, timelines, impacts and
implications to Stakeholders

          Identifies,
implements and monitors controls to mitigate key risks across change programs

          Have the
ability to work with senior leadership

          Hands
on experience as Project Manager – Ability to manage more than one project
and large program at a time

         Experience
in Vendor/partner management
