Job Purpose
To facilitate and drive the execution of projects as per agreed project plan.
To coordinate and expedite the planned activities on various projects, follow-up on tasks and responses, identify and escalate any potential risks and delays in a timely manner.
To ensure all project management processes and documents/ evidence are in place and organized, and reports are being circulated in a timely manner.

Job Accountabilities
Description
Performance Indicators
Project planning and execution.
Project delivery timeliness, Measure the percentage of projects completed within the scheduled timeframe.
End to end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Budget Adherence, Monitor the variance between planned and actual project costs to ensure financial are met.
Develop and execute project plans, considering all relevant aspects, and implement effective project management methodology.
Stakeholder satisfaction, gather feedback from stakeholders to assess their satisfaction with project outcomes and communications.
Collaborate with various departments to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with the project objectives and organizational strategies.
Team productivity, Track team productivity metrics such as tasks completed per week or project and compare against benchmarks.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
Risk Management & mitigation effectiveness, number of risks resolved within time, and impact on project success.
Identify and escalate potential risks, issues, and challenges, and propose solutions, and seek management support to avoid adverse impact to Project.
Process efficiency, Measure the time and resources saved through process improvements implemented by the project manager.
Analyze current Project Management processes, repetitive or underlying issues, and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.
Quality of deliverables, Evaluate the quality of project deliverables against predefined standards or benchmarks.
Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status milestones and potential challenges.
Change management, Monitor the adoption rate and effectiveness of changes implemented within the organization.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Generate ideas, recommend suggestions for improving processes resulting in enhanced data quality, reduction in turn-around time, delivering cost savings or reduction in expenses, and improve overall customer experience.
Providing guidance & support to others on project management methodologies, tools, or processes.
No instances of complaints or proven incidents of non-compliance to policies, procedures, or regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within other teams and offering insights recommendations for optimization.
Backup support, acting as a backup or providing temporary support for team members during peak workload or in case of unexpected absences.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in management, Banking, Information Technology, or general specialization, etc.
Master’s degree in management, Technology or General specialization.
Project Management certifications.
Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in Banking projects management, execution, or delivery; Exposure to project management responsibilities & processes.
At least 3 years’ experience as officially Project Manager in Banking projects delivery and execution.
