Job Purpose-
•
To help drive, structure and implement innovative and
complex treasury management solutions acrossUAE and international locations. This role will support in
commercialising and implementing the newclient
propositions for treasury centralisation. The individual will be responsible
for managing multipleprojectsand ensuringthatthereispropergovernance, timely roll-outandclient
satisfaction.
KeyAccountabilities

Support clientslarge,
complex treasury advisory projectsin
planning & defining project activities,milestones,dependenciesandresourcesfor treasurycentralisation/ TMS
projects
•
Define project governance
structure, ensuring the right Bank &client stakeholder engagement for
steeringcommittee,workingcommitteesarein placewithproperdocumentationandfollow-up
•
Prepare high level milestone delivery plan and
implementation methodology for new & existing treasuryadvisory projects for clients and
internal product capability building projects, incorporating projectmanagement best practices and lessonslearnedfrom previousimplementations
•
Prepareandpresentatsteeringcommittee,workinggroupsessionswhichwouldcompriseofstakeholdersacross differentseniorityattheclientsandbanks

Identify, assign and monitor project risks, ensure the
risks are mitigated and escalate concerns to therelevantstakeholders
toensureprojectmilestonesare achievedasperthedesign
andtimeframe
•
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to
create an optimal solution for the client which meets itsrequirements,ease ofimplementation
andcan bringinrevenueforthebankquicker
•
Plan,coordinateandtrackthedeliveryoftheclientsolutioncomponentsbymanaginginternalresourcesandprioritizingthedeliverables
•
Facilitate and define project missions, goals, tasks, and resource
requirements; resolve or assist in theresolution
of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; develop methods
to monitorprojectprogress;andprovidecorrectivesupervisionifnecessary
•
Possess detailed knowledge and experience of
implementing treasury centralisation solutions, bankingchannels, core banking systems, FX, and Swift, including Cloud
(SaaS) solutions so as to able to leadtreasury
advisoryprojects
•
Work closely with TMS Providers and Fintechs to plan
& define project activities for successful roll outof innovative treasury management solutions using their own
strong knowledge of treasury / bankingsolutionrollouts
•
Participate, prepare, respond and
evaluate RFPs for complex TMS capabilities from project managementperspective,suggestagile/waterfallmethodologydependingonclientdeliveryapproachand/ornatureoftreasuryrequirements
•
Supervise and/ or perform all tasks necessary to
support all products and services within the TreasuryManagement product portfolio, including assisting with the
development of new products and servicesasneeded
•
Engagewithproprietarydigitalchannels,SWIFTandCloudbasedplatformsandsolutionstodeterminepossible ways of rationalising client
touch points related to treasury management solutions are in linewith thecompetition/market/clientexpectations
•
Evaluate and recommend new ideas and solutions and
deliver bottom line benefit as a result ofunderstanding
product opportunities. These can beon
the areas of new proposition, technology,regulation,industry andmarket
•
Represent and support the bank in driving Cash
Management Product evolution in alignment with thebank’s overallstrategy
andgoals
•
To perform other activities as appropriate assigned
from time to time by Head of Treasury AdvisoryServicesand/or HeadofCashProductManagement
•
In the development & delivery of treasury
management solutions, is able to effectively manage credit/market/ operational/ reputational risk to
create a strong risk culture. Implement robust security andcontrolframeworkand create
efficiencies,reducecostsfor the bank andourClients
Supervise and/ or
perform all tasks necessary to support all products and services within the
TreasuryManagement product
portfolio, including assisting with the development of new products and
servicesasneeded

PMP,ACPandScrumcertified
ThoroughknowledgeandexperienceindevelopinganddrivingCashProductManagementlandscapeandthedifferentchannels
• Experienceincomplexprojectimplementations

Knowledgeof ERP’s,andTMSsystemsisvital
