Title: Project Manager – Treasury and Wealth
Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: 12 months extendable
As a Treasury and Wealth Project Manager in the banking domain, you will be responsible for overseeing and
managing projects related to treasury management and wealth management initiatives. You will collaborate with
various teams, including treasury operations, wealth management, risk management, and technology, to ensure
the successful delivery of projects and achieve strategic objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks and issues, including monitoring and reporting on project progress and escalating
issues when necessary.
• Coordinate and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to
complete tasks on time and to the required standard.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project sponsors,
to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.
• Ensure project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial reports, is accurate
and up to date.
• Communicate project progress and issues to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
with project goals and timelines.

Technical skills and other Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience 5+ years in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of treasury management and wealth management principles, products, and regulations.
• Familiarity with banking systems and technologies related to treasury and wealth management.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CTP (Certified Treasury
Professional) are desirable.
