Role Description
Marc Ellis seeks a full-time Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in
Dubai. This role involves sourcing and recruiting top technology talent, providing expert
client consultation, conducting thorough interviews, and maintaining effective
communication with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will play a critical role
in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the best fit between job
seekers and employers.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and
nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates, utilizing your deep
understanding of the Tech and Digital industry to make informed decisions. You will also
contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and
expanding our client base.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Technology Recruitment, with a track record of successful
placements
• Strong sales and account management skills, with the ability to manage client
expectations effectively
• Proficiency in consulting and communication, ensuring clear and professional
interactions at all stages of the recruitment process
• Expertise in advanced interviewing techniques, capable of assessing technical
and cultural fit
• In-depth knowledge of the Tech and Digital industry trends and demands
• Excellent client relationship management, building long-term partnerships with
key stakeholders
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple
tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
