SCOPE OF WORK
The Salesforce Architect will have the primary accountability to undertake responsibilities focused
around the design, architect, solution, delivery and support of CRM Salesforce Implementation. This will
involve working closely with the different Business stakeholders to understand their requirements. The
position will contribute by designing different reusable solution components to meet the business
needs.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the
customer’s business requirements.
2.Responsible for designing/architecting the solution
3.Validates solution components and provide feedback on solution walkthrough from customer;
Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
4.Working on complex technical problems to provide consistent, innovative solutions for faster
implementations with less risk
5.Applying advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts to contribute to the
development of future integration requirement assessment and designs
6.Developing advanced technological ideas and guiding their development into final products and
solutions to provide, strategic and flexible businesses change
Experience and requirements of the position
1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred
2.5+ years’ of industry experience on Salesforce platform.
3.Experience working with Lightning web components and APEX is must
4.Have proven capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the
force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large
implementation.
5.Good technical foundation including Advanced structured programming – APEX, Force.com,
Lightning Components etc., understanding of SAAS concepts and structures, knowledge of
SOQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc. Extensive knowledge of Sharing &
security which includes, CRED/FLS permissions, OWD, Sharing rules etc.
6.Having a very good understanding of the Salesforce best practices and governance limits
7.Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs
8.Experience transitioning existing applications to the Salesforce platform.
