Senior Digital Lead Development Manager
Senior Digital Lead Development Manager is primarily responsible for Opportunity nurture and Lead generation, seeking out new business opportunities for business development and sales to progress. Responsible for delivering account insight and building high quality pipeline through both their own research and inbound responses generated from marketing initiatives.

Accountabilities:
Assists in managing Digital Marketing budget.
Has Sales | Marketing | Account Management responsibilities for AED 1 to 5 million.
Develops content strategy around the company’s product portfolio and DX initiatives and determines the most effective delivery method, closely monitoring engagement across the digital channels with actionable coverage strategies and improved ROI.
Manages content and creative updates, in close coordination with agencies and internal MarComm team, across the digital channels to ensure relevancy, compelling points of view, story-telling, and alignment with business priorities.
Goal to increase targeted traffic and engagements through clicks and emails that lead to greater interest in internal capabilities, positive brand association, and new leads for the Sales & Business Development teams.
Assists in managing vendors, produce internal analytics reports on digital campaign outcomes, reducing cost per acquisition of new visitors / subscribers.
Key Results Area:
Creating opportunities according to the defined criteria through research of clients and prospects independently, executing outbound business development activities with emphasis to cross-sell and upsell to the existing client base.
Interlock closely with marketing teams to develop, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive new business.
Research prospects’ social footprint and find ways to develop contact & provide insight into target accounts, structure and priorities so that the sales teams can point their efforts most effectively.
Through continuous personal development, you will become a subject matter expert and act as an influencer and trusted advisor for clients.
Have a social media presence to promote the brand, engage, interact, and influence clients.
Expected to find a resolution, if you encounter an obstacle when generating business and handle to resolution.
Build your network of contacts both within Company and your external client base,
making yourself the “go to” person for your specific field.
Put the client first, being prepared to tackle challenges, solve problems, and work with your team to get things done.
Provide warm handover to appropriate seller to close.
Weekly & monthly reporting.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluent business Level English (Preferably Arabic)
3-5 years of over- all experience of working within lead generation | business development (preferably within IT Sector)
Proven track record in achieving personal business targets and value to the Company
Experience working in a fast-paced selling environment
Ability to interact with senior managers and buyers across a wide range of client types
Can translate business pains into solutions & work with internal sales to find the right solutions for clients
Proficient at using both digital & relevant sales tools & be confident in engaging peers and making connections
Digital savvy on social media to become a Brand Ambassador.
