Role and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud solutions.
- Configure and deploy cloud resources, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical requirements.
- Conduct cloud assessments to identify opportunities for performance optimization and cost reduction.
- Implement best practices for cloud operations, governance, and compliance.
- Lead technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with advancements in OCI, GCP, and other hyperscaler platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with one or more hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting, upgrades, and implementation of operating systems (Linux, Windows).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security services and firewall management.
- Proficiency in structured data formats such as JSON, YAML, and XML.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and best practices.
- Cloud Architect certification in at least one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- ITIL certification.
- Expertise in cloud backup and disaster recovery (DR) deployments.
- Proven track record of successful deployments and managed services.
- Flexibility to work outside business hours, including weekends, and travel outside Egypt for extended periods if required.
