Skills and Experience
·
Certified Scrum Master or agile coach
with experience on agile practices.
·
5-7+ years of experience as Scrum
Master, leading technical teams in delivering high quality digital solutions
with App based applications
·
Experience facilitating the scrum
practices (leading ceremonies, empowering teams, identifying coaching
opportunities)
·
Experience with SDLC Agile practices
and leading complex product delivery in a large cross functional organization;
·
High level of computer literacy;
ability to learn new tools and products quickly
·
Understanding and experience with broad
technical skills across multiple domains (Technology, Information, Personal
banking, Digital Mobile App & Cards Domain etc.)
·
Prior experience leading and coaching
teams to deliver with a consistent or increasing velocity
·
Excellent communication skills with
ability to influence multiple levels in the organization
·
A skilled facilitator that is creative
and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
·
Experience with the Atlassian suite of
products: JIRA, Confluence preferred
Responsibilities
·
You will be responsible for working
with the Product owner in sprint planning, maintaining product backlog,
retrospective meetings and more
·
Removing impediments or guiding the
team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the
impediment
·
Raising risks and issues at the right
time and to the right person
·
Building a trusting and safe
environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or being judged,
with an emphasis on problem-solving
·
Facilitating discussion, decision
making, and conflict resolution
·
You will be focused on Delivery, and
will take complete ownership squad deliveries
