Job Description:
·
Participate in the design, planning, and
implementation of new projects / technologies and ensure that the solutions are
highly available and performing
·
Provide day-to-day operational support including
responding to incidents, service requests and tasks
·
Maximize network performance by monitoring the
network, identifying and resolving bottleneck, troubleshooting network
problems/outages and suggesting improvements
·
Secure network systems by establishing and
enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
·
Reporting network operational status by
gathering and prioritizing information
·
Maintain network infrastructure health checks,
proactively take actions to minimize downtime and performance issues
·
Day-to-day administration of switches, routers,
firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, load balancer, VPN
concentrators and WAN accelerators
·
Day-to-day administration of communication links
(ADSL, SIP, VPN, MPLS, Leased Line)
