• Server configuration
• Migration task
• Upgrade activities
• Experience in performance tuning
Technical Skills
• Experience in working with OS
➢ Linux
➢ Windows
➢ AIX
• Experience in CTI setup and integration
• Experience in setting up and integration with Dialer (AVAYA)
• Hands on experience on Siebel SSO integration, preferable with experience in Ping federate system
• Preferable using Oracle Wallet
• Knowledge on Oracle 19c database
• Experience in setup and integrating with IAM (Sail Point)
• Hands-on experience on Secure LDAP integration
Functional Skills
• Banking knowledge specially on campaign
• Retails and corporate domain experience

• Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by
sharing deep knowledge and experience.
