Role: Software Engineer (Siebel CRM)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Engagement: Contractual
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable, Long-term with Marc Ellis)

Job Summary:

The Software Engineer (Siebel CRM) will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and optimizing Siebel CRM
solutions, ensuring high performance and seamless integration with enterprise systems. This role requires
strong expertise in Siebel IP17/IP19.x, workflows, and web services, as well as domain knowledge in banking
campaigns and service management. The consultant will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, efficient,
and business-aligned CRM solutions.

Education:

• Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in configuration, deployment, and fine-tuning of Siebel CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Siebel IP17 and IP19.x
• Proven expertise in performance tuning.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating systems: Linux and Windows.
• Strong understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices.
• Hands-on configuration experience across UI Layer, BO Layer, and Data Object Layer.
• Expertise in Siebel Workflow and eScript.
• Experience in configuring Inbound/Outbound Web Services, JMS, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Siebel Open UI (PM and PR).
• Experience configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution.
• Proficiency in Server Management Tasks.
• Experience in Siebel Marketing Campaigns, Lead Management, and Service Request modules.

• Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework)

• Knowledge of Java (preferred).

Functional Skills:

• Strong understanding of Banking domain, particularly Campaign Management.
• Experience in Retail and Corporate Banking domains.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence and guide multiple teams on technical considerations, improving productivity and
effectiveness through knowledge sharing.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently while collaborating across
teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting ideas to senior and
executive stakeholders.
