2. Job Objective:
The Transformation Specialist – Precision & Intelligence will play a critical role in driving organizational
transformation efforts. They will lead and facilitate high-impact workshops, collaborate cross-functionally, and
embed design thinking and behavioral science methodologies into business transformation strategies. This role
requires extensive experience in championing change programs, strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement
skills, and a background in innovation or transformation-driven environments.
3. Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Strategic:
● Manage high-impact transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation
strategies.
● Co-Design and implement transformation frameworks and methodologies, embedding change
principles in daily operations.
● Champion a culture of change and agility, ensuring employees adopt transformation mindsets.
● Develop a robust knowledge management structure, ensuring accessibility and adoption of
transformation tools and insights.
● Stay informed on emerging trends in innovation, change management, AI, data security, and
organizational development.
Operational:
● Lead structured workshops and change programs, ensuring business teams actively engage in
transformation processes.
● Oversee full project coordination, communication, and administration, ensuring smooth execution of
transformation initiatives.
● Manage procurement and budgeting processes, ensuring strong financial stewardship within
transformation projects.
● Optimize operational workflows and reporting mechanisms, ensuring transformation insights are
accessible and actionable.
● Develop feedback loops and measurement frameworks, tracking the success of transformation efforts.
● Standardize and centralize organizational templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution
People:
● Facilitate and lead workshops, training sessions, and engagement initiatives, ensuring effective
participation and outcomes.
● Coach and mentor employees, enabling them to embrace transformation principles and develop change
leadership skills.
● Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring transformation initiatives address real
business needs.
● Partner with business leaders, providing expert guidance on driving change, fostering agility, and
embedding innovation.
● Support onboarding for new joiners, ensuring they understand transformation strategies, values, and
methodologies.
4. Professional Experience and Academic Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
● 8-12 years of experience in organizational transformation, change programs, or innovation-driven
environments, with a proven track record in leading and facilitating workshops.
● Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic change
leadership.
● Expertise in design thinking, behavioral science methodologies, and agile transformation principles.
● Strong background in project coordination, administration, budgeting, and procurement for
transformation initiatives.
Academic Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change
Management, Innovation Strategy, or a related field.
