Job Description- Sr. Business Development Manager (International Business)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sr. Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in the International Markets in the field of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create, apply and implement an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable business growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients internationally.
Leading business development & strategy international markets/Emerging markets
Identifying and executing new opportunities in international markets that will enhance the product offerings and deliver incremental revenue and profit
Estimate feasibility on markets regarding local business frameworks and conditions (legal, financial …) and establish contacts to the local authorities.
Managing & monitoring strategic projects and international Portfolios.
Overviewing Contract Manufacturing and research for new business opportunities.
Prepare sales and maintenance contracts ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and organize after-sales support
Reporting to and close cooperation with General Management
Overviewing regulatory guidelines and submitting of needed documents.
Overviewing FDA and GMP regulations and requirements.
Coordinating with regional teams on strategy; monitoring in/out licensing and tech transfers- creating portfolio of differentiated products for emerging markets.
Supporting the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability and shareholder returns,
Stakeholder & Account Management
Just come from pharmaceutical background.
Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensured business growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plans.
Requirements and skills
Must have experience in launching new Pharma products in the international market.
Proven international sales track record
Experience in Account management, Stakeholder Management, Government relationship is a plus
Fluency in English and Arabic seen as an advantage.
