• Must understand in detail the ITIL V3 / V4 Service Lifecycle
• In-depth expertise in IT governance, delivery & operations
• Experience of ITSM software applications & tools, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills mandatory in English; command of Arabic is an advantage
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• 8 +relevant experience in IT Service Management role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment. Solid understanding of IT service best practice
• Bachelor’s degree – Field of study (if applicable): Like, BCA Computer Engineering
