1. Overseeing
the implementation of systems and support initiatives across various sites,
determining the needs and requirements of users, proposing necessary
alternatives, and managing the implementation of the same.
2. Guiding
the implementation of systems, software and technical infrastructure for the
systems deployed, contributing to continuous infrastructural enhancement
initiatives in addition to handling all other tasks assigned.
3. Deploy,
configure, and manage Domain Controllers with roles (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, CA)
4. Deploy,
configure, and manage Exchange Servers ( 2010 , 2013 , 2016 , 2019 ) &
Exchange Online
5. Deploy,
configure, and manage Endpoint Security through Trend Micro Suite (Trend Micro
Apex One, Trend Micro Deep Security Manager, Trend Micro Apex Central, Trend
Micro Smart Protection Server, Scan Mail for Exchange, IMSVA , EDR , Deep
Discovery Analyzer)
6. Manage
Office 365 Tenant and application like Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft
ATP, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Streams,
Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Kaizala
7. Deploy,
configure, and manage different Manage Engine Products (Manage Engine AD
Manager, Manage Engine AD Audit, Manage Engine Exchange Reporter, Manage Engine
AD Self Service, Manage Engine Password Manager)
8. Managing
physical servers and storages used for VMware virtual environment
9. Performing
the configuration and maintenance of VMWARE including deployment of vCenter and
ESXi nodes with High Availability
10. Backup
and Recovery of VMware environment using VAEEM Backup
11. Managing
and maintaining entire assets of IT (Software & Hardware)
12. Managing
and maintaining company file servers, print servers, application servers
13. Schedule,
and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches using SCCM
14. Managing
the troubleshooting of all connectivity related issues occurring in the
environment, ensuring that all situations were swiftly resolved resulting in
zero downtime.
15. Management,
documentation and maintenance of File / Print Servers and any user permissions
granted.
16. Follow
Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management processes.
17. Coordinating
with the relevant service providers as per SLAs and report any SLA violations.
