Talent Acquisition Officer
Job brief
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer with general HR experience in pharmaceutical, Medical, and manufacturing industries background to join the Human Resources department and support in the full cycle recruiting.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels like social platforms.
Interview and selection procedures.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and medical industries.
5 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer in both white collar and bulk recruitment
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Bilingual.
