Position: Technology Engineer – Call Center (Genesys)

Marc Ellis are working on behalf of a leading tech company and are searching for an Technology
Engineer – Call Center (Genesys). To be considered for this role you must have the below experience.
Project has been initiated to have call center infrastructure to be built in Intl locations end to end
supporting approx. 500 agents.
Setting up Call Center products
•Manage installation of application in Data center.
•End to end coordination with vendor and internal stakeholders.
•Good knowledge of infrastructure like VM’s , firewall requirements, network, Data base , service
Good knowledge of Business demands
•Analyze the BRD
•Integration of products
•Calling backend services.
•Strong knowledge on VXML, tomcat and web containers
•Knowledge on Outbound campaigns and its types
•Knowledge on integrating IVR with S3, TTS, STT, LEX
•Knowledge on CRM integration
•All solutions built should be aligned with Platform and architects. Tier-1 resiliency is to be built.
•Monitoring of services / systems to be configured to run the bank.
Description of Knowledge / Skill etc:
•Engineering in Electronics / Comm and Computer engineering
•More than 5+ years of experience Contact centre technologies like GENESYS
•Supporting organization of 500+ agents.
•Mandatory to work in financial organization or vendor with hands on experience
